Out next to the "Celebration" sign in the outfield at Target Field. The sign lights up at night and when the Twins win or they hit a home run durring a game the neon sign is made to look like the two twins are shaking hands. The T & S in "Twins" turn on and off as well making it say "win, Twins" or "Twins, win" depending on how you look at it.
