Inside the crypt of John Paul Jones at the US Naval Acedemy in Annapolis. Jones was Americas first Naval hero. When asked to surrender during his battle with the British warship the HMS Serapis, Jones famously replied "I have not yet begun to fight!". Jones had died in France in 1792 and was intered beneath the chapel at the Academy in 1913. |
