At the Indiana Territorial Capitol in Vincennes. The building housed the Indiana Territory's government from from 1800 to 1813. The original Indiana Territory included what is now Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin and parts of Michigan, Minnesota, & a small part of Ohio.
